前置胎盤と言われたのですが鍼灸は効果的ですか？というお問い合せをよくいただきます。　【1978年開業の信頼と実績】「やさしい施術で納得のいく治療」　ご相談もお気軽にお問い合わせください 【 前置胎盤と鍼灸治療 】 　 　 前置胎盤とは？ 通常胎盤は子宮の真ん中より上に付着しますが、 通 常より低い位置（子宮口に近い所）に付着し、そのため胎盤が子宮口の一部または全部を覆っている状態 を「前置胎盤」 といいます。 これは全体の約1％に起こるとされています。 出産の際に、通常は先に赤ちゃんが出て、次に胎盤が出てきますが、 前置胎盤では胎盤が赤ちゃんよりも先に出て、 それから赤ちゃんが出るという順番になり、胎盤が出る時の出血のリスクと、胎盤が先に出ることで、赤ちゃんは胎盤からの栄養が途切れ、子宮内なので呼吸もできず、、という状態になってしまいます。 したがって、前置胎盤の場合には、ほぼ100%が帝王切開になります。 症状は？ 健診の際に、超音波検査で発見される 方がほとんどです。 症状はありません。 ただ、痛みが無いのに急に出血してくることがあり（警告出血)、性器出血があった場合は、痛みなどがなくてもすぐ産婦人科を受診してください。 またお腹が張ると出血しやすくなります。 健診などで「前置胎盤の疑いがある」と言われている方は特に出血には注意してください。　 通常は妊娠28週以降の出血が多いですが、それより浅い週数でも出血は起こりますので、しっかりと見守っていきましょう。 また妊娠の早い時期 の場合、前置胎盤と診断されても、その後の成長により子宮が大きくなると徐々に胎盤が上にあがり、子宮口から離れていき、 最終的には前置胎盤ではなくなる例が多数あります 。 妊娠中期頃までの「前置胎盤」は過度に心配する必要はありません。 これが、妊娠31週頃になってくると、そこから胎盤が上がっていく例はほとんどありません。 妊娠32週で前置胎盤と診断された場合には、前置胎盤であると考えていいでしょう。　 「低置胎盤」の場合は、下から産めることもあるので、主治医の先生と相談されてください。　 どんな人がなりやすいの？ 前置胎盤になぜなるのか、その理由はよくわかっていません。 ただ、高齢妊娠、 喫煙者、多産婦、双胎や、以前に子宮の手術を受けた場合はリスクが上がるようです。　 鍼灸で前置胎盤は治るの？ 　 「前置胎盤と言われたのですが鍼灸で治療できますか？」というお問い合わせを時々いただきますのでお答えしておきます、　 結論から言いますと、 前置胎盤は鍼灸の治療対象ではありません 。　 上記で説明したように、前置胎盤は形態的なものであり、妊娠初期の場合はゆっくりと見守っていくことになります。 これが赤ちゃんの成長により妊婦中期〜後期にかけて、子宮が大きくなることで前置胎盤では無くなることが期待できます ので、主治医の先生に診ていただきながらゆっくりと過ごされるのが良いです。　　 妊 婦さんが鍼灸治療を受けること については 経 験の長い鍼灸院では普通に昔から妊婦さんの体調管理で行っています。 お薬が使えない方でも 鍼灸は副作用もなく安心してお受けいただけます。 当院でも、主に肩こりや腰の重さ、むくみ、胃腸の消化吸収を良くして快適に過ごせることを目的 として行います。 安定期以降の鍼灸治療は、母体側だけでは無く赤ちゃんにもしっかりと栄養が渡り、生まれてからも元気にスクスク育つ と昔から鍼灸は行われています。　 鍼灸に関することお身体の気になることなどお 気軽にお問い合わせください

PMS 月経前症候群（Premenstrual Syndrome）とは？症状を和らげる方法について　1978年開業の信頼と実績　「やさしい施術で納得のいく治療」　ご相談もお気軽にお問い合わせください 【 PMS 月経前症候群 】 （Premenstrual Syndrome） 　 PMSとは 生理の前になると現れる体の不調で、人によって様々な症状があります どんな症状？ PMSの症状は体の症状 と心の症状 合わせて、およそ 200種類 あると言われています 　 代表的な症状 として、 ・体全体が重い ・足のむくみや太ったような感じがする ・頭痛がする ・吹き出物が増える　 ・ふくらはぎが張る ・のぼせ、めまいや吐き気 ・動悸、乳房の張り痛み、便秘下痢 ・腰痛、筋肉や関節の痛み、体重増加　　　　 などがあります。 またこれらの症状が、 「単なる体の不調 」なのか「PMSによるもの 」なのか、 どうやって見分けたら良い のでしょうか？　 それを見分けるには 症状が、 　月経の前だけに起こっているか、 そして月経が始まると治るか ということがポイントになります　 【PMSを感じる方の割合】　 PMSの症状は、月経のある女性の7～8割が経験 していると言われており決してめずらしいものではありません 不妊治療中でPMSを持つ方も多く 、当院に受診される患者さんにも多い症状のひとつになります どうして月経前に症状が？ 【原因は】 まだはっきりとした原因は分かっていないこともありますが 女性ホルモン である プロゲステロン が大きく関係していると考えられています そのほかに、ストレス でもさらに症状が出やすくなります　 【プロゲステロンとは？】 女性の体を妊娠できる状態にする とても重要なホルモンです　 子宮に作用して受精卵を着床しやすく します　 月経の2週間前の排卵をきっかけにその分泌量は増えて、 月経10日ほど前にはピークに達します　 このプロゲステロンは子宮だけではなくからだ全身に運ばれます 体を妊娠できる状態にする ために栄養や水分を蓄えようとしますが、 人によってはこれが「吹き出物 やむくみ となって」現れます またプロゲステロンには痛みを感じやすくする 作用もあるため、 これにより頭痛を感じやすく なります　 また腸の動きが鈍くなり、ガスが溜まりお腹の張り などの腹痛 を感じる事もあります 月経の直前にプロゲステロンが減り始めると　、子宮が収縮し それが腹痛の原因 になることもあります　 【予防と対策】 予防対策として、低容量ピル があります この低容量ピルとは、プロゲステロンに似た物質 が含まれるお薬になります　 PMSの不快症状はプロゲステロンがわるさをして出ているのに、なぜプロゲステロンに似た物質のピルを使うの？ と思った方もいらっしゃっるかと思います、　 実はPMSの症状を引き起こしているのはプロゲステロンそのものではなく 排卵後に、 【 プロゲステロンが増えたり減ったりする 変動 】 によって 起こります　 この低容量ピルは、変動をなくすことで症状を改善 していきます　 またPMSはプロゲステロンの分泌量が多いから症状が強いわけではありません、 症状には個人差も大きく関係します　 治療が必要なタイミングとは？ 　 「月経前のつらい症状が2-3周期 （生理が2から3回分の周期）以上続く 」 このような場合を目安として、婦人科を受診するようにされてください　 【PMSと間違えやすい病気】 子宮筋腫、更年期障害、甲状腺機能亢進症　 または低下症、便秘などがあります　 自己判断をせず医療機関を受診 するようにされてください 【PMSで使われる薬とは？】 ・低容量ピル・利尿薬・鎮痛薬・鍼灸治療・漢方薬　などがあります 月経前の情緒不安定（心の症状） について　 興奮状態、ハイになる、気分が高揚する　 自信家のようになる、または落ち込むなどがあります そして月経が始まるとそれらの症状はなくなり、 そのギャップに自己嫌悪になり悩む 方もめずらしくありません　　 この月経前に精神症状がでる原因 は、セロトニン が大きく関係しています　 なぜセロトニンが下がると情緒不安定になるのか？　 セロトニンは感情を安定させる作用 があるため、月経前にこのセロトニンの作用が弱まることで 感情が不安定になります　 情緒不安定への対処 として、 　基礎体温と日々の感情を記録 しておくというのは効果的になります これは「認知行動療法」といいます　 これにより前もって予測がしやすくなるため、あらかじめ仕事や用事を終わらせておく といったことや、また 事前に予定を入れない などの対策ができるようになります　 またこれらの症状が強く【生活に1年以上支障が出るもの】 を、 PMDD（月経前不快気分障害） といいます これは月経のある女性の約1.2%が診断されており、およそ数十万人が悩んでいるとされています 【PMSと鍼灸】 鍼灸でどのように改善するのか？ 鍼灸治療をすることで体内のセロトニンが増え 自律神経も 整い 体や情緒の症状が安定していきます それにより痛みが緩和され楽になり 、不快感も軽減して いき、 ホルモンバランスが整い 、骨盤内の血液循環も改善 されていきます 当院のやさしい施術でPMSに効果的な鍼灸について 気になることはお気軽にお問い合わせください あなたのお体にあった改善方法をご相談いただけます。
